Returns & right of withdrawal

You have the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal on every catalogue print, no reason needed. The clock starts the day you receive the print. This applies even though each print is produced to order: our catalogue designs are standard products, and we don't hide behind a "custom-made" exemption.

How to return

1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery stating you withdraw from the purchase. An informal email is enough.
2. Send the print back within 14 days of that notice, ideally in its original tube or packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.
3. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of shipment), to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

That's on us — see shipping: photo within 30 days, free reprint, no return needed.
